CHallenge: increasing website support REquirements related to ongoing integration

Ongoing application and design enhancements to Dole’s corporate and various divisional Websites had imposed complex challenges to the administration of the sites’ security and performance. In addition to the threat of system failures, Dole’s management team was concerned with  transaction costs incurred when problems at the hosting environment were escalated to Dole personnel. Dole needed a better means to enforce security and more effectively handle disruptions that occur during either the development process or at the production stage.
