Software Architect

Digital Foundry, Inc. is a leading business and software consulting firm looking to bring on a few talented software architects at its waterfront office in sunny Tiburon, CA.  You will help Digital Foundry plan, build, and maintain highly visible custom software for start-ups and large multinational companies.

Responsibilities

Software Architects are responsible for developing and managing the overall architecture of systems and applications. As the technical experts on client engagements, they collaborate with clients and in-house technical teams. They work with focus groups to design and review applications, provide status to the project manager on a weekly basis, and manage small- to medium-size teams. 

Skills and Experience

• An engineering degree
• Minimum of 4-7 years technical experience, with 24-36 months in application design skills
• Experience with HTML, Java, C++, .NET, Ruby, SOAP and RESTful services
• Experience with Systems Architecture Development and System Design
• Experience with application development life cycle
• 1 year of management experience
