Quality Assurance Engineer, Entry Level

Digital Foundry, Inc. is a leading business and software consulting firm looking to bring on a few talented quality assurance engineers at its waterfront office in sunny Tiburon, CA.  You will help Digital Foundry plan, build, and maintain highly visible custom software for start-ups and large multinational companies.

Responsibilities

At Digital Foundry, QA engineers perform rigorous feature and regression tests for database-intensive Internet development and B2B integration projects and then analyze and report the results.  Working closely with project management and development engineers, QA engineers refine use cases, create test plans and draft test cases in a rapid development environment.  Digital Foundry’s work environment is dynamic, so it is important for QA engineers to feel comfortable multitasking and working in an environment with rapid development lifecycles. They are key members of their project teams and they are critical to the successful delivery of robust custom software solutions to our clients.

Education and Experience

• BS in Computer Science or related field
• Testing experience (co-op, internship, summer job)
• Software development experience (preferred) - (co-op, internship, summer job)
• Experience working with testing documentation

Communication and Analytical Skills
