Successful candidates will earn a coveted position on a multifunctional team and produce innovative software for Digital Foundry’s respected global clientele. As a team lead, you will help Digital Foundry plan, build and maintain highly visible custom software for large multinational companies in the entertainment, telecom and energy industries.

Education, Training and Experience

• BS in Computer Science
• 5 years of work experience
• Certification (Microsoft, Java, etc...)
• Team leadership experience
• Customer relationship experience

Technical Skills

• Required (5 yrs experience): C#, Java, JavaScript, XML/XSLT, SQL, SOAP, UML, ERD, functional and non-functional architecture
• Familiar with: Scrum, XP
• Desired (One or more of the following): Python, Django, Ruby, Ruby on Rails

Communications and Analytical Skills

• Effective verbal communication skills
• First rate writing and technical writing skills
• Strong analytical problem solving skills
• Willingness to work in a team environment and take constructive advice
• Ability to test their code and code of others
• Aptitude to write clean, clear, commented code
• Hard working, "no excuses" attitude
