Associate Consultant

Responsibilities
Digital Foundry is searching for hard-working Associate Consultants who want to leverage their education and skills to grow in a challenging team environment. Successful candidates will earn a position on our fast-paced team, helping to support our Fortune 100 and multinational customer base.

As a team member, Associate Consultants support project leaders in their efforts to research, analyze and plan software related projects.  They also help with day-to-day project management and client communication.  Associate Consultants will have an opportunity to work on world class projects with industry leading strategy and technology consultants.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an analytical mind and a tenacious work ethic.

Education, Training and Experience

• BA/BS degree required
• Project management training and/or experience
• 2 years of consulting and/or software industry experience
• Experience managing teams and client relations
• Experience with business strategy

Communications and Analytical Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to easily integrate into project teams
• Willingness to take direction and effectively deliver input
• Strong process focus and documentation capabilities
• Strong analytical problem solving skills
• Hard working, "no excuses" attitude
