Digital Foundry offers a wide range of traditional benefits and creative incentives. Along with the standards (see below), working at Digital Foundry comes with several perks, including the beautiful setting in lovely Tiburon, CA. Right outside we have miles of bike trails along the Bay, and there is a spacious gym next door for the motivated types. To help make indoor life more enjoyable, we have an annual cube improvements budget to give employees the option to purchase items like extra monitors (if you really need three . . . or four). And recently, we enjoyed an office wide retreat in Maui.

Day to day happiness at work depends in large part on the people you work with. At Digital Foundry, we value our collaborative team environment in part because it's necessary to develop the innovative software that we're known for; however, we also work actively to promote teambuilding because we value the friendships we've made at work. We have a company-wide roundtable every Friday to share team news and updates (our "Beer Bash"), and we schedule a number of activities like GoKart racing, baseball games, and an offsite vacation throughout the year to help build and maintain our unique company culture.
